Chloe Anderson is the most powerful witch in the world. The Sorcerers Guild want her to join them but she will never accept their offer. They will keep her prisoner and want to harness her power for their own use. She knows they are corrupt and full of secrets and it is her main goal to expose them. Storm Ryder is a vampire and has been alive for a long time. He has heard a rumour about a spell that can turn him human again and wants to meet up with Chloe to see what she knows. She refuses this request but eventually he catches her off guard and demands answers. Chloe is instantly attracted to Storm even though there has been a war against Vampires for hundreds of years. She can soon tell he is different though and maybe they can learn to work together. Both have their own problems but Storm agrees to help her against the Guild in return for the spell. But does this spell really exist?
