Teen Titans are overrated and Enigma and her friends are about to prove it by forming their own team of mischievous Gotham teens. Some may call them C rated criminals, but each are ready to make a name for themself. With a team filled with liars, narcissists, thieves and killers what could go wrong?  

Jesse Kane, Enigma, and Rose are all back along with a couple other children of Gotham rouges.

Katrina was born and raised in Louisiana until the age of five when her parents were brutally murdered and attempted her death as well. She was taken in by her apparent godfather, Bruce Wayne. Katrina is sixteen and not your average teen. She and her friends have a fascination with the villains of Gotham and she herself is invited to go job shadowing at Arkham Asylum when things go horribly wrong. Bruce and Richard have tried all their lives to keep Katrina happy and keep Batman and Robin a secret from her. Her strange attraction to Gotham's crime worries them and they soon realize they'll have to make a choice that could potentially cause her to hate them forever. Joker and Riddler, along with every other villain in Gotham, take a liking to Katrina when she visits Arkham on that fateful day. Will there be a war between the notorious criminals as to who can keep her as their own?

Bruce Wayne doesn't hesitate to take them in, but Ria's mistrust of them leads to tension in the house. Her powers are dangerous, volatile and no matter how hard Tim tries, he can't get her to open up to him. So, I'm going to suppress myself and pretend I'm doing fine. I might hold on, and maybe even change. But, there's a girl next to me who keeps making me hesitate. She's kinda crazy, but she's not a evil one. She says I'm actualy right, that I'm not a cruel person, but a strong and brave one. She doesn't know what she's talking about. As the insanity decreases, a threat emerges from the romantic relationship between Joker and his gal that spews up returning tension into Gotham. With the stakes much higher than ever before, Batman must now test his wits, vulnerability, and awakened emotions to a bitter degree as the Clown Prince of Crime and the hormonal Jester toy with his intellectual mind. Returning key characters include Alfred Pennyworth, Dick Grayson, Vicki Vale, Commissioner James Gordon, and Selina Kyle.
