In a world where everyone has a soulmate and that name is etched into your wrist in their favorite color, what does it mean to not have a name? Or in this case, what does it mean when you die at a young age before you meet your soulmate?
That's the problem for Virgil Storm. He was just a child but was ripped away from the world before he met his one true love. Now bound to watch over and protect him for the rest of eternity, not allowed to interact with him. But rules are made to be broken.
Now at that age of 16, he is confronted over the rule-breaking that he has done to at least help his soulmate, he is given another chance. But new rules are put in place, and not everything that starts with a happy beginning always stays that way.
Follow Virgil Storm on his journey with his second chance and his soulmate, through the good and the bad. What lies ahead for the young guardian angel and his prince charming? Only time will tell.

[Completed] Sanders Sides human au fanfic. Twin brothers Virgil and Patton Novas have moved around a lot thanks to their father's job. From their father's home country, and their birth place, of Cabo Verde to their mother's country of birth, Ireland. From Ireland to Massachusetts. From Massachusetts to Arizona. After spending several years in a stable environment they're moving again, this time not only are they leaving behind friends but also their mother's grave. Virgil has to convince his twin brother and their dad that, despite his terrible migraines and sometimes crippling anxiety, he won't go down the same road as his mother. On top of having an overprotective family he has to navigate being the new kid in his senior year of high school, making friends, falling in love, and learning how to save a life. How hard can the next nine months be? All he has to do is hold on and convince his new best friend to do the same. I do not own the characters Virgil, Patton, Roman, Remus, Deceit, Remy, or Emile Picani. They belong to the awesome, amazingly talented cinnamon roll that is Thomas Sanders. I also don't like 99% of the music and song lyrics that will make an appearance in this book. I am, however, the proud owner of the hyperactive muse (by the name of Orion who makes an appearance in here) that spawned this story into existence when he was supposed to be helping me work on my other two fan fictions and three original works. Logan Lovell doesn't care about soulmates. The fact that someone out there is made for you is a ridiculous concept to him, one that he could never understand. Maybe that's part of the reason. Him, personally, wouldn't seek out his soulmate. But if he were to run into them...who knows? On the other hand, Patton Winters believes that soulmates are sacred and wholesome and wonderful as a concept!
