Many know the story of Lucifer's fall from Heaven that took place before life truly began on Earth. But maybe, just maybe, the story we know isn't the correct one. What if Heaven's P.R. campaign was just a little more on point one production day than Hell's? (Or maybe they weren't as equipped what will Hell only being truly occupied by it's ruling family for a few months at the time the smear campaign began.) Whatever the case, has anyone ever wondered if we've fallen for the wrong side of things? It was said thousands of years ago that there was a great war in heaven, an epic battle between the angels, led by Archangel Michael, and the rebellious forces, led by Azrael. The rebellious angels were ultimately defeated and cast into eternal damnation. Yet, it is believed that some of these fallen angels descended to Earth, where they became known as the Fallen Angels. Shrouded in myth and mystery, these beings intertwined with humankind, leaving a legacy through their children. This is a story of the insatiable greed for power, both mortal and supernatural. Yet, amidst the darkness, there remains a flicker of light and goodness that emanates from the depths of the characters' struggles. This tale is purely a work of fiction. It does not depict true biblical accounts, nor does it intend to reference real individuals or places. Any similarities are purely coincidental. I dedicate this book to my dear friend Khail Narisma, who passed away two years ago. One of the characters in this story bears his name, with his kind permission, as a tribute to his memory. Khail was a soul of exceptional grace and warmth lovely soul, a lovely angel.

Some people said there was an afterlife for every soul. Some would go to heaven and some to hell. But some said you just die and nothing else. No one really knew what would be waiting for you after you die – that was what made death scary. But I could tell you, there was nothing to be scared of, unless you were a very, very bad person. The saying of heaven and hell was right. There was a hell waiting for you if you were considered a sinner that could not be forgiven. Like killing someone, just one single person, could get you banned from heaven forever. However, if you were a kind person, then you may gain access to heaven, and join many other angels there. Or else, you would just end up with devils eternally. You may ask, how did you know that? Well, because, I was an angel. I was good enough that I could go to heaven and joined my beloved ones that had also turned into angels. But now, I must give up my life as an angel for a while – I was given a mission, to save someone from the edge of being banned from heaven. After all, there were people who had a good side buried deep in their hearts, and we would try everything to save them from being doomed. And it would not be an easy task. I could easily get involved and end up in hell.

Set after 4x10 with a little, tiny, itty bitty change to the end scene. "What meaning would life have if one's world was destroyed? Well, Lucifer's world was no longer Earth, it was no longer the free will, the chicks and the booze it offered, no. His world was the blonde, stubborn, tenacious and caring woman who would wake up to an empty bed and a broken heart. " Lucifer and Chloe have to say their goodbyes right before Lucifer goes back to Hell. All the beautiful time they spent together, all the memories of their partnership do nothing but fill their minds up and cloud their judgment. And Lucifer does leave because it's what he has to do, the prophecy must not be fulfiled. However, no one expects the little miracle that's left behind on earth. Or the AU, post-season 4 nobody asked for where Lucifer leaves and Chloe has to glue her broken pieces back together without her partner, only to find later on that the devil left her something for her to remember him. P.S: the mature rating is just for the first chapter, there's nothing else mature throughout this fanfiction other than a bit of swearing and some blood (not too graphic) P.S.S: the title doesn't stand for the gender of the baby! It stands for Chloe and how Lucifer would literally do anything for her!
