There was a boy with silver hair, red eyes, pale and fragile body squirming to get away from the white robed humans.
"LET ME GO!" He screamed and growled, but they don't seem to hear him.
Then he bit one of the humans and it let him go.
"Argh! After him!" The human crouched in pain "Don't let him leave the building"

But humans that posses minds of great power thought otherwise. Werewolves, when in wolf form, have uncontrollable rage and hunger. They are driven to kill everyone and everything they encounter, regardless of their relationship as humans. The curse causes these wolves to lose all control of their minds, and when they wake up in human form in the morning, they don't remember anything (though they may revisit certain memories in dreams).
