Jorden Danworth was an average 16-year-old who was normally late for school and had a burning hatred towards flamingos. Nothing unusual or out of the ordinary happened, until one night he stumbles across a supernatural creature and gets bitten.
Soon after, Jorden goes through a series of changes that lead to the only possible explanation: he's now a vampire. Before he knows it, he's in a van going to a camp where he'll learn to control his amazing new powers.
But not everything is perfect in the world of blood-sucking creatures, especially since a group of humans are planning to kill every vampire with a deadly virus. And being the curious person he was, Jorden ventures deep in dark water.
And what happens when he's finds himself too deep in to be back out?
