High Tide

Anais Jennings had always been a normal teenager. Plain, average height, and not at all a boy magnet, she only credited herself with being a skilled swimmer. She was prepared for the norm on her first day of her junior year of high school— that is, until she got into the high school’s lap pool and nearly drowned… or so she thought. After recovering from her trauma, she attempts to swim at the local beach, hoping to find her sea legs again— and finds a tail instead.
Along with her discovery comes many others as she uncovers secrets about her parents, the way of her people, and the life-changing decision she must make by the time she turns eighteen. And, to make matters worse, she must choose between two completely different boys from two completely different worlds.
