Here is the description It's been 17 years since Ash was betrayed by all of his friends, his family, and some of his Pokémon. Now after 17 years of training on Mt.Silver Ash has made his own league and founded his very own region: The Sibion Region. It's not huge but it's not small by any means, Pokémon of all kinds are in this region. In order for his region to be established and his league to be official though, he has to compete in the World Masters Tournament, and show the world how strong the Sibion League is. However the traitors are also there. Will ash confront his former friends and maybe forgive them or will he hate them. Find out!

The only two loyal begged Arceus to revive Ash but he said he could only do it if he turned Ash into a Legendary Pokémon and Arceus decided to turn Ash into a Latios since he knew both Ash and Latias had feelings for each other
