London Dowd, or better known to the public as Rhea, is a renowned super hero. With the ability to grow to gigantic heights, she was practically unstoppable. That is until her power became destabilized, causing her to shrink to a mere 4 inches. 
Luckily for her, she was found soon enough. Unluckily, however, it was at the hand of her villain arch nemesis.
