Maria Mickelberg is the epitome of bruh moment. Being the setter of the volleyball team, she is fairly popular among her peers and her juniors. She is funny not quirky, nerdy but not nerdy to an extent where she memorises the periodic table for fun. She is athletic and she behaves like a typical high school girl but there is one problem. Her manliness, her attitude, the way she dresses, her short black hair with blue highlights which adornes her sleek and slender face. All these factors made her immensely popular among the girls and thus gave her the name "prince".

Thedore Tartal has got it all, looks, intelligence, personality and popularity. He is a member of the basketball team and not a day passes by when you do not see girls filling up the seats when the basketball team does a practice match. Boys respect him and girls love him. In short, he is perfect. He thinks it is a sin to reject the girls who approach him so he goes out with them, only once and that is how many girls get their heart broken by him. Although there is one girl who perks up his interest and that is his best friend's sister, Maria.
