Kinsley has grown up in Tulsa Oklahoma with her brother, Two-Bit, and their mother. Even though her brother is a Greaser she doesn't want to be part of the gang. Any gang. She believes gangs are too rough and get into much trouble, and she doesn't want to be in the feud between the Socs and Greasers. Well, she tries. Kinsley has heard the gang talk about a Soc named Bob. He sounded like a horrible person when she first heard about him. But when her best friend Marcia introduces her to him, he wasn't mean and he's really cute. He wasn't mean because he doesn't know her brother is a Greaser, and she doesn't look like a Greaser, and her best friend is Marcia. After awhile Kinsley realizes she has feelings for Bob, which isn't good. Bob is dating Cherry and the Greasers HATE Bob. She wants to tell Bob how she feels but if Cherry or the gang finds out.....trouble could be caused between the gangs, Kinsley's friendships, and her family.
