Werewolves aren't real, right? That's what everyone thought. When one manages to break through the magical barrier, things turn upside down. 

 Elle was an abnormal child. Excluded and bullied by the town, she decides to only fend for herself. 
When a werewolf manages to break through the Meadow and villagers begin to vanish, Elle realizes she is the only one willing to kill it and die in the process.
On her quest to kill the rabid beast, Elle discovers the Werewolf is closer to her heart than she thought. Can she solve the mystery of her disappearing village, and somehow not fall in love with the monster killing them? 

And how will she react when she discovers not only her town's deadly secret, but her own.

With no other options, the two journey outside the wall to study the monsters beyond, selling the information they find to the city in exchange for their support. While dangerous, they manage the task fine until one journey out they stumble across a disturbing, gruesome revelation that reveals not only more about the city, but the end of the world as a whole. As the duo begin to pull on the thread and tangle themselves slowly into its snare, they begin to realize there's a lot more to this apocalypse than they ever could have imagined, and that the horrific beasts they've been studying might be the least of their concerns...

This book is made up of fiction making all of the happenings, places or names totally fictional or made up. The story gets better, trust me, I'm just not at all good with introducing new shit but give this a chance, it makes my day. Aaron transforms into a black wolf. However, he can't control his urge to hunt animals and humans when he turns into a wolf.
