Harley's gift

My name is Harley Mason. Or so I thought...
I grew up on the wrong side of the tracks, I was abandoned on the side of the highway as a baby, left with a note that detailed my birthday and the letters "HM." And since then I've been in the system; bouncing from one 'home' to another. I was labeled a problem child. My tempter has always been stronger than my brain, for better or worse. But strange things have been happening since my 16th birthday. My mind has begun playing tricks on me.
I almost see... wings in my reflection in the mirror.
My eyes have become violet, rather than murky grey.
My blonde hair shines silver.
I've always been faster and stronger than most girls my age but now it's so much more.
To be honest... I'm afraid of what I will become.
But a letter came today, detailing a school for 16 to 18-year-olds with 'gifts' It told me I wasn't Harley. I was Neptune. Princess Neptune Garnier, the lost heir.
I mean, what a chunk of bullshit, right? But what if it wasn't... only one way to find out I suppose... I must go to the school.
