Welcome to Earth; the 3rd planet from the Sun, where all known life in our galaxy thrives. Everyone, more often than not, is born with a special power all their own called an "Ability". There are schools all over the world that teach children and adults alike how to become the greatest Vigilante they can be, and Tokyo is where the most prestigious school lives. This is where we meet our protagonist, Dōbutsu Shujinkō. A chipper 18 year old who wishes to be a Vigilante, just like his late father before him. He meets many friends and enemies along the way, and various Outlaws will try to stop him as he becomes a Sidekick to the Number One Vigilante in all of Japan! Will he rise to the top, or meet an untimely demise?
