Emotions: they are what can trigger us to get mad at an instant, cry at the drop of a hat, fester unforgiveness in one's heart, and drive us to succeed at all costs in life. However, what does the Bible say about our emotions, primarily how best to handle those feelings we have in ways that are pleasing to God as well as to ourselves? It is possible to manage these emotions God has gifted us in these bodies. But it is through understanding what emotions are and how we should act with that we are able to manage these unpredictable sensations properly. Emotions Under Control (Bible Verses in Mastering Emotions) aims to help the readers deal with their feelings supplemented by bible verses.

Never before has the world spent more time and money on trying to obtain maximum health and wholeness of mind and body. However, in the pursuit of optimal wellbeing, many people forget to look at the 'Maker's Manual', otherwise known as the Bible! God obviously knows what is best for us -physically, mentally, spiritually and emotionally. He longs for us to live in a way that makes the most of what He has given us. My new devotional, "Health & Wholeness", looks at what God has to say and how we can really live life to the full! I will endeavour to update often!
