The Philippines was ruled under Mexico-based Viceroyalty which the DOMINATOR'S blood originated, The Phoenix--a powerful clan who assemblages the DETECTORS. The DETECTORS--Not a Mafia, secret agency, gang, or alike... They made its way possible to introduce a change in the life of the people they serve to protect. The political; social; cultural life; the intelligence program; the defense; governance, the command behind the scheme; accountable for directing the mission; the balance; the huntsman; the armor; savior and protector. But the society doesn't know about them as they are also part of the society. They are not detected in history books. They are unknown. They are invisible.
