America lost almost everything when he was 14. Including his best friend Russia. After six years of being a sailor, a couple of new sailors have arrived one day. America was moved to the engines while he was replaced upon the docks by someone else. Russia ends up coming back to town. What America doesn't know is that Russia's had feelings for since they were children. Russia doesn't know how to express his feelings for him. Their relationship grows stronger when they end up going to another town.
