Mia is a film photographer who made her living on her own and lives in the United Kingdom.
Due to the fact that she is an avid gamer, she did not hesitate to say yes when presented with the opportunity to work as a set photographer on the first season of The Witcher.
As soon as everything was settled, she hopped on the first flight to Hungary in order to get to the recording studio as soon as possible.
She was taken aback by how welcoming everyone was toward her, and she found that it did not take her very long to adjust to the brand-new setting.
Being social was not her problem, but being physical was.
Mia didn't have to wait long to strike up a friendship with Anya and Freya, the actresses who played Yennefer and Ciri, respectively.
However, her relationship with Henry, the story's lead character, was anything but friendly.
Mia is the object of Henry's obsession, but she cannot let her guard down too easily around him.
She longs to be able to let him in, but she knows that her past will prevent that from happening.

"You always this composed?" he asks lightly. "Even after cooking for nine people and pretending a galley the size of a shoebox is your kingdom?" I let out a soft laugh. "Composed is generous. It's mostly adrenaline and an unhealthy relationship with espresso." "I'll add that to the list of things I admire." Ida is used to high pressure - the kind that comes from working for Alistair Chapman, self-made billionaire with a penchant for getting exactly what he wants. Food is her language, her armor, and sometimes the only thing that keeps her grounded in the chaos that is her life. So when she takes the offer to cook on board of Alistair's yacht for almost three weeks, she's not expecting to be completely knocked off balance by a ridiculously handsome, infuriatingly charming British actor. Henry is supposed to be on vacation. No scripts, no interviews, no paparazzi. Just sea air, quiet mornings, and maybe a few pastries he won't feel guilty about. But then he meets the yacht's chef-strong, sharp, and clearly determined not to be impressed by him. The woman who cooked that dish he hasn't stopped thinking about. The one who, against all odds, might just be the most captivating part of this so-called escape. With stolen glances in the early gym hours, sun-drenched conversations on the side deck, and meals that taste like memories, their connection begins to simmer. But is a yacht in the Mediterranean the worst place - or the only place - for something real to begin?

"You are Henry Cavill," I acknowledge when I look back up into his blue eyes. I have to bite my tongue or else I would have added sexiest man alive to it. He wants to say something, but I stop him by raising my hand. "If you are concerned about me telling anyone you live here, there is no need for it. I understand that privacy is a fragile thing, and I would never do anything to disturb yours. I am aware that you don't know me and therefor probably don't trust me, but it's in my own interest that I won't tell anyone that you are my neighbor." A year ago, Charlotte moved to L.A. with her boyfriend. Since then, her life has been nearly perfect. She has more than she ever dreamed of: her debut novel is being adapted into a movie, and she just signed a new publishing deal for a series. She couldn't be happier, right? But then she meets her neighbor, Henry. As their friendship grows, he begins asking questions Charlotte never wanted to face. Will she be ready to hear what he has to say about toxic relationships, or will she push him away? Can Henry help her see the truth or even become something more than a friend?
