Dumbledore's adopted daughter has never had much stability in life. And after being expelled from her 3rd school, she only had one chance left: Hogwarts. Her unknown past drives her desire to belong. And when she becomes friends with Lily Evans and a group of boys that call themselves "The Marauders," she can tell that her life will not be the same. However, will her new friends be able to handle her past and prophesied destiny inevitably colliding? Will her father be able to loosen the reins and allow her to grasp an understanding of her full power? Will a certain bad boy be anything more than a nuisance to her? Read and find out. This story introduces a new character into the world of The Marauders. A character that just so happens to be one of the most powerful beings to have ever walked this earth. Her potential could kill her, or allow her to thrive. Follow from their 4th year to life after Hogwarts.

Its been two years since the marauders have graduated. James and Lily are married with a baby on the way, and Sirius and Peter are very busy with the Order. Meanwhile, Remus is just trying to survive his transitions in such a volatile time. No one wants to hire a werewolf, and the Order isn't well enough equipped to handle the full moons. Dumbledore offers him a position at the Hogwarts library as an assistant. There he can do research for the Order, as well as spend his moons like he did during his school years. Tessa Downing is a sixth year Hufflepuff. After a summer of chaos and hiding, she's having trouble transitioning back at school. Constantly worried about her muggle parents, Tessa's grades slip and she begins to spend more time at the library. Thankfully the new assistant is willing to help her. Sirius Black. There is no denying that the boy is very charming. To add more to the charm, is the fact that Sirius came from the well known pureblood family. The noble house of Black. Though when Remus Lupin befriended (Y/n), the girl found herself caught in an unexpected bond with the rest of the boy's friends.
