Oliver Stone lives in a world where hearts are mechanical, brilliant items, that you can buy, sell, gift, and repair. Hearts often break and need tweaking, so people go to Oliver, also known as the Heartsmith.
The Heartsmith repairs broken and damaged hearts, though it can cost him much of his own... 

Charles Husher fell in love with a most extraordinary woman and they are proposed to be married, but as the wedding creeps closer, Charles finds himself more and more at a loss for love. He hears of the Heartsmith, will he be able to mend his broken heart?

Mabel Glen is known throughout her town as the Heartseller. She offers all kinds of different hearts to people without their own. But despite being the Heartseller, Mabel doesn't have a heart of her own, for none of the ones she sells fit. Shes convinced herself she'll just have to live without one, but a life without a heart can be hard when in a faraway world, her life ticks away without one.

This is the story of a sacrifice.
