Todoroki has been a hard working hero for a long time now but he keeps falling behind and he doesn't understand what's happening or why he's falling behind
One day todoroki was in his dorm doing some work while the others were able to go out on a blood moon a day for vampires till he heard a loud smash and bang.He went to investigate but there was nobody but plants and doors were broken,He investigated the scene more before he went back to his dorm
Todoroki started to head back to his dorm but he started to smell something like smoke he went to find where it was coming from while he was searching he saw A fire,blue fire specifically it was just him and him alone he ran and ran to find a way to escape but the fire was everywhere He had no way to escape he quickly took out his phone and called 911 and his teacher since it was too hot for him too use his quirk. when the students and teachers got to the building everyone was in panic while the fireman put out the fire Aizawa and Doctors went in to get todoroki when they found him he was burned badly and he was Barely breathing but lucky they got there in time to save him before he could die

So I'm probably not going to get the answer I want from the Manga and this whole thing is a creation of my own on the 'lost years' of Touya Todoroki.
