You know how the story goes. You got the rich people vs. the broke people. The rich people don't hang out with the broke people, because well, they're too "good" for that.
In Keywest, Florida, (The Keys) you have the Boca's VS. the Skint's. The Boca's have it all, they have the money, the fame, and they definitely have the looks. While, the Skint's have to scavenge to find money and they definitely don't have fame. The Boca's and Skint's are complete rivals, and they never get along.
Ever.
So, when the four Skint's get accepted into the Boca's main school, Key Stone High, everything gets wild. Blair Whitman and her group of friends have to find a way to survive the Boca's while attending that school, but it's not easy since they're in Boca territory. On top of that, there's a murderer on the loose and Blair's father is the one who got blamed for the crime. Now he's in jail for the next 85 years and she's struggling to live on her own. Everyone gave up on her father, but Blair didn't.
Blair has to find a way to survive at school, survive at home, and figure out who killed her father, but it won't be easy.

She walks in like the epitome of black girl luxury, but pain follows her. She covers it with bust-down jewelry and white roses.
He's quiet, but his presence is loud in itself. Everyone knows him, but she sees right past him.
She's confident, but he's more confident. She's fierce, but he makes her cower.
Passionate.
