A Merthur Story (see description below)

Arthur, King of Camelot, has brought peace to the land. Magic is still banned, yes, but Merlin can live with that, he just needs to be careful.
Really, there's only one problem present:
Arthur needs an heir.
In order to solve this predicament, three princesses are invited to stay in Camelot for Arthur to court until he can choose his bride.
Thing is: Merlin is in love with Arthur, and he could never bear to see his king fall in love with anyone else.
And Arthur isn't even sure if he wants to get married himself...
(This is an AU! Features Good!Morgana, Servant!Gwen, and the knights being lovable idiots. Morgana doesn't have magic, either.)

Falling for You
Merthur AU (angel!Merlin and human!Arthur). Merlin is a young angel and doesn't understand many things. When he discovers a pond in heaven through which he can see Earth though, everything changes. For the first time, he sees a human - Arthur Pendragon. And from that moment he knows that he wants to protect him. When Arthur is in danger, Merlin accidentally ends up on Earth while trying to help him. Now he must stay in Camelot and befriend Arthur until other angels find him and bring him home. The story is set in season 1 during 1x04 The Poisoned Chalice. Merlin speaks Latin a bit (but I have like zero experience with that language so I used an online translator).
