No, we are not talking about the mouse from the Ratatouille Movie, we just named him that.
This is an ode to our beloved mouse-son Remy, may he rest in peace.... Or shall he?
Me and my sister adopted Remy. He was abandoned in an old sack of clothes in the corner of our garage. We were quite happy to be mouse parents. 
It looked like he was going to live. He was healthy. There wasn't anything wrong with him. 
But, he died anyway.
My sister is absolutely distraught. Due to a past with animals never really surviving, I'm afraid to say I have become numb to the feeling of loss of an animal. I don't cry about it, and tend to just detach myself, and feel just a bit of nothing.
But I am pretty sad about this wiggly boy not surviving.
So, I have decided to take up his sadly short mouse life and spin it into a story of life after death.
It's probably not going to be that good, but hey, I'm trying.
