Exchange of messages with a friendly game player named Jason uplifts her morale after his boyfriend cheated on her and shamed her by shouting in the school hallway that she was an ice queen. The fiendly messages turned into a more serious conversation which made them decide to see each other. Jason was from Missouri, United States and came into the Philippines just to meet her.
