In the state of Pyrus, the oceanfront city of Castle to be more specific, street racing is quite literally part of its history. Back in the day, moonshiners would soop up their trucks in order to outrun the law, debtors, and each other. Now, Castle is known as the 'City of Speed', so locals are quite used to racing, both legal, and illegal. Racing is a way of life in Castle, it's more commonly used as a way of settling disputes between gangs, and people, but there's a hierarchy to this organized chaos, and at the top is the king, Rico. Rico's family has ruled the streets since street racing first started, and he's doing a damn good job of making sure everyone behaves. Rico's world changes when he meets Katrina, the new girl that's come to live with her aunt due family issues.

You'll also find that I added some completely new scenes - some to deepen characterization and others I added just because I like them from other movies (i.e. Cars 3). *** Obviously I own none of these characters (at least not in their car form;) and most of the plot line and dialogue, all those props go to Disney & Pixar.
