After Mia Ambrose stumbles into the horrid crime scene of her beloved brother, Xavier's murder by his rivalry gang member, Mia becomes a target of the city's most notorious drug cartel. The Angels are not exaclty in the bad side of the police department, but neither are they allies. But they both have the same agenda- to take down the bad guys. And suddenly Mia becomes a bait to lure the rivalry and to throw them into prison cells for the rest of their lives. 

Will Mia shake hands with the Angels and risk her life to avenge her brother's death? Will the good guys or the bad guys take the trophy home this time?
