To make matters worse, her only means of help is her psychotic childhood frenemy who's sex on a stick, and a shifty private detective with ties to the underworld who constantly gets under Chloé's skin. And her skirt. On second thought, she probably might be better off not doing this sober.

In the end, what do you do when your closest friend betrays you? This is the story as they try to keep their biggest darkest secret of what they are capable of and as they discover they're not the only ones like them... I am not very good at trigger warnings before individual chapters but there is mention of blood, cold abuse and parents divorcing. (But read at your own risk in case I mention something else.
