I grew up seeing horrible things on the news. Tragic events that hurt so many innocent people. I'd see my family cry for those poor families who lost everything. At the same time, I watched superhero movies and read the comics. If only I could be like them. If only I could help save the world from so much evil. If only I could be a hero. But that's unrealistic... right?

A young woman wakes up in the hospital, with no memories other than the fact she had just been horribly injured in a fight, and she has superpowers. It's hard to be surprised by such news when it is the only memory you possess. Superpowers are just a fact of life at that point. The superpowers news turned out to be quite original for the rest of the world, which was entirely unaware someone like her existed at all. There is, however, an underground world of others like her, a criminal empire working toward something she had been trying to stop. But with no knowledge of what the villainous plan was, who these criminals were, or how to properly use her powers, things seem grim. She knows she is the only one who can stop them, and the only backup she has is a man who claims to have been her friend from before the accident. Will she be able to train her powers up, and stop the devious master plan before it's too late?
