"Letters to Elizabeth" are letters written by a girl named Jeniffer who suffers from schizophrenia. Elizabeth is Jeniffers imaginary friend who has a strong personality and clear minds, but is pure evil. Because of her, Jeniffer ends up locked into a mental hospital. Their friendship continues along the years thru letters.
