the summer was supposed to be about the pogues making new memories, but at the end the group is just in ruins, sarah and john b are dead, pope lost his scholarship and his best friend, kiara's relationship life goes from nothing to too much and jj's dad is an abusive drunk.
jj and kiara are both numb after the summer's events, still feeling the consequences of all that happened- they need something new, something to make them feel something again. little did they know they're eachothers something.
DISCLAIMER: this book is based off the series "outer banks" on netflix, created by jonas and josh pate along with shannon burke. the majority of characters are not my own, it is stated in the chapter "-prologue-" what characters are mine, and which are not. i do not own some storylines, but the book is set after the events of the first season of the show- so what you'll read here is my interpretation of the characters and plot, and where i find it'd be fun for it to go. this book is just for entertainment purposes and all rights belong to netlfix and the aforementioned creators :) enjoy.

hii!! i am elena and i am the maker of this story. so before i get into what this book will hold, i have to do the boring stuff first. so i do NOT own these characters, i am just a fan of the show outer banks, and wanted to make a story based off of it. all rights belong to the makers of the story. anywaysssss..... now we can get to the fun stuff!!! so this book is obviously about jj and kiara. so jj is this guy who lived in new york, with a very rich family, but they were always busy with work so jj had to learn how to be independent from an early age. as soon as he turned 18 he left the house without telling anyone. he moved to outer banks. anyways now kiara is still half pogue, half kook. so she wasnt in the friend group with cleo,pope,sarah, and john b until after they got the cross taken. so yes, she found el dorado with them, but she didnt want a share. they didnt get that much anyways. so sarah has been trying to find a guy for kie, but kie didnt like any of the boys in obx, until one day she wants to go surfing... so the pogues are onto a new treasure after their money got stolen. and kie was tired of living with her neglectful parent and she didnt want a cut, just wanted to help her friends. so they found a lead onto some gold?... or so they thought...then kie eventually has to tell jj about the treasure right?? or does she keep it a secret until they find it.... anyways enjoy the story!!!💗💗Complete
