Maybe this Time (a Tom Hiddleston fanfiction)

Tom Hiddleston and Serena Kingsley have been best friends since Serena was a baby. Daughter of a well-known and very worshiped billionaire, Serena deals with that fact, and tries her best to have the most normal life possible.
Tom and Serena grow up together, go to the same schools, and when they have to part, they will always make everything possible to see each other at least once a day.
Their friendship comes to a dangerous line when 16 year-old Serena realises she has feelings for her all time best friend. But he doesn't feel the same way, and rejects her, in the most tender way, but their friendship stays as strong as before.
Tom then starts his actor career, and at the same time, money, fame, love come his way, pushing Serena aside.
Depression hits Serena, and she starts smoking, drinking and partying, despite her duties.

Will money, power, fame and women get in the way of their friendship forever? Will Serena go through with everything? Will they ever find true love? Will they stay faithful to each other?
