Out of poverty, Manuel's father  joins a cartel with the hope of making enough money to cater  for his family. And it would have worked if only he didn't turn into the monster he is. Indeed he found what he was looking for but lost himself in the process. Through killing, he rises to the top building the most ferocious cartel in the area and begins to maltreat his family.
    
    Manuel now older stands up to him, hoping his father will come back to his senses. Instead his father offers to sell his mom and sister back to him with a deadline and kicks him out. Determined to save the only family he has left Manuel sets out to make enough money to buy them  back. 
    
    Just when things begin to elevate for Manuel he meets Radlee, a die hard Christian, who turns his world inside out and forces him to make a compelling choice to loose everything he lives for.
    
    However, Manuel is willing to die rather than have his family sold to a brothel.
