My story is like a dark pit, full of hope. Derek Jackson receives a mysterious letter that claims to have the most important and invaluable information in it. Emotion deceives all. Derek has found it in himself to agree with that theory. The mysterious author of the letter, Grey, assigns Derek tasks he must complete. Soon after they meet, Derek becomes even more attracted to Grey's perspective of life, until he finds out what may or may not matter to him even more. His choice will be the deciding choice.
