In a unique society where 80% possess supernatural abilities deemed as quirks, there's a separation. Heros and Villains. Much like any story, myth, legend, fairytail ect., there are the good guys and bad guys. Heroes, also known as Pros, go to top schools to get the proper education to protect the commoners and ones who are unable to protect themselves. Some people don't agree with this, however, and strive to be rid of these higher ups, they are the villains.

People are told time and time again, you either become a villain, or you be a hero. The only in-between is being a citizen, and even that has it's separations. But what if 1 boy that was raised in villainous ways was converted by just the symbol of peace? Will he stay on the path of heroism or will he just go back to the destiny he was set on from birth?

Watch as Taiyō Hikari bends the rules, showing that you don't have to live by stereotypes. That you can be a hero, if you really want to be.
