Billie O'Connell is only 16 years old, but she already has already lived a pretty intense life. As a young rising superstar living in LA, she just wants to have a normal life. But her life is far from normal, and as she struggles to fit in, going to parties with her friends and abusive boyfriend and getting wasted almost every night, she meets Alex, who helps her feel more normal in her crazy life. As Billie starts to come to terms with her past traumas and her current situation she struggles to realize what true love really is. Blinded by the daunting nature of her past and future, Billie struggles to see that what her life has become, and everything she has in the here and now is everything she ever wanted.
