Elliott the Human and SAM the robot are best friends, adventurers, and heroes. They spend their days saving people from dangerous creatures and help people who are in need. They fight and conquer monsters that were created by the Solar Flayer; a cosmic being that can create and destroy life. A dangerous war between Earth and the Solar Flayer caused a nuclear disaster that caused all humans to go extinct, except for one. As Elliott grows older, he learns more about his past and discovers ways to try and defeat the Solar Flayer.
