a young man forced out of his home in and to Tokyo because of a crime he didn't commit

well all know the story of Joker and the Phantom Thieves 

however in this version of the tale it ended much differently 
striking a new deal with the real Igor, the leader of the thieves is sent back to the start of his journey with the power, memories and personas aquired over his year of probation to gain the happy end the group of Thieves deserves.

After months of getting to know and love Futaba Sakura, knowing that she is the one he wants to spend the rest of his life with, it's all ripped away by one man. Takuto Maruki has decided that people cannot be allowed to think for themselves, and that they should never have to feel pain, well, unless you interfere with his plan. After being thoroughly trounced by the Phantom Thieves, Maruki makes one last ditch attempt to break the theives, and kills Futaba. In his blind rage, Akira Kurusu, otherwise known as Joker takes matters into his own hands, and stops the mad God in his tracks. Time reverts to its original self, with Akechi dead and gone and Maruki and Futaba alive and well, and Akira in Juvinile Detention. After being freed from prison, he finds out that something went wrong when the timeline was restored. Futaba knows him not as her lover, but merely as his friend. Now Akira must find a way to cope with this new life in Hometown, while trying to juggle the return of the Metaverse, and Futaba tries to find her way through the complex feelings she has for Joker, but can't quite explain, as well as the dreams that almost feel like memories. Will she push through and recover her memories and her love? Or will she and Akira both fade into the Mementos of what they have lost. I took a couple liberties with events and the Timeline, but overall, I stayed fairly close to the original game's story. This is a passion project that sprung to mind while driving, and now I'm hyperfixated... Welp, time to churn out a book. ENJOY READING IT!! My Inspiration (Ann Takamaki x Male Reader) by Outlaw_Hunter

Ever since Shiho, Ann's best friend, tried to commit suicide from jumping off the school building, Ann has had many doubts fill her mind. Some of that changed when she became part of the Phantom Thieves and made her contract with her Persona to change society from the evil that truly lurks it by changing people's hearts. With the first target, Kamoshida, Ann had the feeling of revenge to get back at the man who caused so much pain to her best friend. Even after defeating Kamoshida, negative feelings still lingered within Ann's mind. She cast them aside and contunued to grow stronger for her dear friend. Her strength showed with the process of taking Madarame down. However, there was one blockde in her mind that she couldn't understand. She constantly worked on making her own heart strong, but had no luck. That was until a new transfer student came along the way and caught her attention..... The Phantom Thieves would disband once more. Since there were no more targets for them to change the hearts of they had no need to stay together. They would all carry out their normal everyday lives. Continuing with their school life for the ones still in it. The former 2nd year Phantom Thieves would finish their 3rd year and graduate becoming legal adults entering into college, that's until there are still more targets to have to change the hearts of. This story is now discontinued, I have done a Persona 5 Royal fanfic called, Persona 5 Royal ~ True Power of the Trickster, and I am writing for that now. You all know the story about Persona 5. *Under no circumstances do I own Persona 5 or Akame ga Kill. this is simply a fan fiction this Otaku who screams a lot made. One year after the events of the defeat of Yaldabaoth, the God of Control, Akira Kurusu, now 18 and a former outcast and leader of the Phantom Thieves, has reverted back to being a normal student. He was framed and put under probation by a crooked politician, but Kurusu gained the ability of Persona to change people's hearts and get back at the politician for wrecking his life, with the help of his friends. Living in his hometown with his parents, Kurusu remembers his days with his fellow outcasts, changing herts and building bonds with them. Thankfully, Morgana, a talking cat created by the man of the Velvet Room, Igor, to assist Kurusu is with him as well. While his parents have an okay, yet distant relationship with Kurusu, and the distance between his friends is large, he still manages to keep in touch with the rest of the Phantom Thieves, missing the good old days with them. In another world, an empire filled with corruption is teetering on the brink of ruin, slowly growing even more disgusting with the Prime Minister's selfish actions. A group of Assassins called Night Raid are rebelling against the Empire, hoping to change it for the better. But the corruption is running deeper in most of the empire, forming extreme distortions that Night Raid can't face themselves. It's time for Joker, Leader of the Phantom Thieves, to return with Mona, this time in a whole new world filled to the brim with distortion and rotten hearts to change in the Metaverse. But will the rebellious trickster be willing to kill his targets like the Assassins can? Or will he succumb in the face of ruin like he's never seen before?
