A Poem a Day is a 2018 medical South Korean television series.
Most of the scenes in the story is from the series. I'm just making this because I want to make my own ending about the story so, it's up to you if you want to read this.

Anna Sanchez have this medical condition called cardiomegaly in which the heart is enlarged. It is more commonly referred to as an enlarged heart.
