Anna Sanchez have this medical condition called cardiomegaly in which the heart is enlarged. It is more commonly referred to as an enlarged heart. She's in between two choices: to undergo a heart transplant or death. Luke Ramos had an accident that have caused him to lost his memory. An amnesia. They are placed in one room in this hospital and it is the Room 214. With Luke's presence, Anna will have another reason to live inside that days of being together and that days filled the remaining years. Everything is starting to be fine, not until the day that they've experienced the biggest plot twist of their lives. No one is listening when they promised to, "Always remember this room as a sign of our love and memories". A room with history because it played a bigger role to Anna and Luke's love story.Complete
