After Ari's death, Ziva and her twin sister, Delta Jae , went to NCIS to be liaison officers. When Delta Jae was born, she was found to be infertile (not able to have children) and to have abilities. She could control metal and or/ other metals. A woman taught her how to control her power. Delta Jae went through everything with Ziva. They fought together, they played together.
