Those born wicked are those blessed with the gift of magic. Inside the kingdom of Liberum lies a University for the wicked who wish to enhance their magic and serve their country. Enter the doors of Monarch Academy, an institution alive with wonder, wisdom, and a new world filled with fantasy. Following her third and last year, Sera begins the most difficult semester of her life. Given the chance to become a master of her art, the mystery of a death tangles her fate into a mess she'd rather not get involved with.
