Esperanza has been through a lot growing up. She's experienced or at least seen poverty, gang violence, drug use, heartbreak and the death of one of her brothers. She keeps a lot of her past to herself not because shes embarrassed but doesn't believe its noone's business. Only a few close friends know whats she has been through. She protects her heart like no other. Even with everything shes been through she still managed to get a scholarship to Harvard Law School. She becomes a lawyer and gets a job for Warner Music Group dba Atlantic Records as a contract lawyer. Her best friend Sean is also a lawyer there. She's very happy where her life is at the moment than she meets Bruno Mars. Her life begins to turn into an emotional mess. There's happiness, love, sadness, loss, breakup, drug use. She can survive anything that comes her way but does she want too.
