Julie Marie Cruise has always been a mysterious person, not only at school, but also later. After graduating from Hogwarts, where she was in Gryffindor, she went to her grandparents, to France, to take refuge from the ongoing war.
And finally that day came, on July 2, 1995, Julie returned as a 34-year-old woman to England to join the Order of the Phoenix. This time she did not want to run away, and to face what sixteen years ago did not allow her to stay in the country.

"So we're alone," he said slowly. "That's a thoughtful observation," she whispered. She could feel her fingertips tremble slightly as they clasped around his hair. She didn't know why she suddenly felt so nervous. She moved her hands and allowed her fingers to trail slowly and gently down the side of his face and he involuntarily shivered at her touch. Eventually her fingers landed on his lips and she traced across them softly. They parted slightly and she could hear and feel him let out what she assumed to be an unintentional breath.
