Cee/Serena is a 21 year old girl who has lost everything. At the age of 15 she witnessed the murder of her parents and her older brother went missing, but everyone suspected that he was also killed. Since then she has been out for revenge tracking down the people responsible for her family's death and cleaning up the streets of her city. She isn't  close to anyone and doesn't think she'll ever be again....... but, she still hasn't met the group soon to move into her city out to hunt the same man she is: Jackson Woods.
