What would you do if you are manipulated into participating in a game no one knows how to play?

One day Sarah Smith is invited to an exclusive meeting only for teenage athletes. Although there was one thing she wasn't told: once you go in, there is no going back. Sarah is now forced into a game that she doesn't want to play.
Rule #1: You will be paired with another player, together you are a team.
Rule #2: There will be 6 rounds, each round one team is eliminated.
Rule #3: Each round will include a challenge, the losing team will be eliminated.
Rule #4: Once your eliminated, there's no second chances.
