Without changing a person's personality, undergoing the Alteration perfects their appearance, IQ, and even their immunity to diseases. No human passes the age of sixteen without being Altered. In the blink of an eye, things change. An ominous message is sent out to all of those below the age of sixteen, providing precise instructions that suggest they flee. Simultaneously, a deadly virus starts to spread all about the world, attacking only the Altered -- every human over the age of sixteen. The virus eats at the modified human brain, and soon the Unaltered begin to realise that the Altered are losing their minds. Home is no longer safe. Friends and family turn on one another, losing control of their own minds and bodies. The Unaltered aren't safe. Even if the virus isn't attacking them, the ones with the virus are. Set on a pristine, futuristic Earth, this is the apocalypse like you've never seen it before. (Rated mature for graphic depictions of violence and mild language.) War had just broke out between the states of America. Two states remained. Yet only one wins. One state had won by peace and one state had won by destruction. The day of the fight, the state of distinction launched a nuke. Yet they had under estimated the power the nuke had. It destroyed both states and it had seemed that no one remained. 3 years latter and a little city had grown out of the destruction. Emma was a resident of that city. Emma had a different childhood than most. "Go fetch the food!" or "Go get the water!" Were the most of chores she had to do. It was grow up fast or die in her city! On Emma's 17 birthday she would be old enough to go out side of the city walls and look for communication to other parts of the world. They had found a part of a cell tower that would finish off there hand made cell tower and needed a search crew to go get it and bring it back. Emma now being old enough she tried out. She had never been outside the city walls. We're most of the adventures have already gone once or twice. Most people have said that they should not send the youngest age, and they just might be right... because Emotions, Guys, and family are all in her way.

It's 2500 and the world is still suffering from the disastrous effects of World War 3. Plague, the result of the recent biochemical war, sweeps across Eurasia, leaving millions dead in its wake. Even the best scientists in Europe are powerless against it. The main reason for the general misery is this. Europe is now under the tyrannical rule of the Democratic Republic of America, and this has wreaked havoc upon the streets of Europe. Poverty, starvation and disease now fill even the greatest of Europe's cities. They hold a cautious peace treaty with the Oceanic Union, but of course, this doesn't come without a price. However, for Europe at least, there is a glimmer of hope. For the growing resistance has finally managed to recruit the greatest criminals of the 26th century to spark the beginning of the greatest rebellion in human history. Unfortunately for them, the 'greatest criminals of the 26th century' are teenagers. And even in this day and age, teenagers still bring their insecurities and petty rivalries with them, wherever they go. So, this is the question: can this team of misfit criminals bring a golden age of peace? Or will they set the world on fire for the fourth time?
