Battle Scars - A Watcher-Grian AU story
He thought it'd be easy, just go into a server and keep a eye out for glitches... Spoiler alert: It was not. He didn't factor in lying to the whole server, hiding his magic, old friends, and his own trauma. Oh, and the whole war going on. That too.Complete

✦ Complete ✦ !DISCLAIMER I DONT KNOW MUCH ABOUT HERMITCRAFT! me mixing three universes into one. bare with me here. Grian has already had a traumatic childhood. He ran to Yandere High School in a frantic attempt to escape his parents, and *him*. Unfortunate for Grian though, Sam followed. And so, he ran again, using his Watcher powers he always feared so much to his advantage. Grian landed in Hermitcraft, where he was finally free to be himself.. kind of. Some hermits never trusted him much, others welcomed his company. However, they were absolutely terrified of Watchers. They *hated* watchers. When Season 7 rolled around, Grian feels something isn't right. He doesn't know whether he should drop his "always happy!" act, or whether he should call for help. He might make his decision too late though. TW// TORTURE, GORE & BLOOD, SELF HARM, DEPRESSION & SEVERE ANXIETY, SUICIDAL THOUGHTS, INHUMAN TREATMENT, DEATH Every chapter will have a labeled warning! Redemption (A Hermitcraft AU)
||Story Name Was Previously "Watched"|| Grian was never trusted. Not by the Watchers. They hated him for his thoughts. Though he tried to prove them wrong, and to show them that he was trustworthy, they refuse to believe him. He WAS the only Watcher who ever had a disobedient thought. Now, he's been teleported to a strange land called Hermitcraft. No one trusts him there. Why should they? Trust is just a lie to Grian. It always will be. Or will it? Description: "Heh, powerful as one can be having the best of both worlds, having the Admin and Watcher magic, you cannot resist against the code no matter how corrupted or clean it may be in your eyes. It's my duty to bring back the balance, meaning destroying the works of the brothers while I'm at it" The white hooded Entity sneered, hatred evident in his glitchy voice. Ruby red eyes drilling into the player's soul. As a smile crept up to its face as it tightened its grip on the winged player. He kicked it as he held his dual swords, by his side. "If you are doing your duty, I'm going mine" He growled. It looked amused despite the inhuman face it held, wanting him to continue. "My duty as the Protector" [-----------------] Disclaimer: I had a lot of inspiration from other writers so I hope you guys understand, I will try to make this as original as possible! "One day, Grian, I'll make it happen." "If you do, it'll be your downfall." Ariyaquila's first finished book. As the title says, this is fanfiction. I do not own the Hermits or admins, nor do I write for them. I write about the characters they present to us on screen. Libra Skyward and the Head Watcher are my characters. A long time ago Grian was an admin of an amazing server, but he was kidnapped from it, never to see his friends again. Then, he escaped, but everyone was gone. Now he's found a new group to befriend, but they don't trust him. Has he truly escaped his past, or is it bound to catch up to him sometime? Dear Reader, This series is a watcher!grian AU but will alternate perspectives. I've only ever watched Pearl's and Grian's POVs of Hermitcraft so some creative liberties will be taken. This is not my first time writing but this is my first time showing my series to the public eye so please be considerate. My spelling and grammar are both terrible so I apologize in advance and feel free to correct it in the comments. Otherwise welcome to the story I hope you enjoy. With warm regards, Star (She/They) Ps. I also created this cover it took a while so I hope you enjoy it! Pps. Please do not repost as I spend a lot of time writing each chapter to perfection. #2 in Evo - August 3rd, 2022 #1 in Grumbo - August 4th, 2022 #1 in Pearlescentmoon - August 6th, 2022 #1 in Grian - August 18th, 2022Complete
