No one except Jackie. Jackie, being an artist, drawing and crafting, trying to make a platform to sell his stuff all at the same time of protecting this city from villains. Of course, those "villains" were just normal criminals that the cops seemed to handle on their own except the few times Jackie had to interrupt and help. Jackie kept his identity private from everyone, even going as far as to be completely anonymous when helping the police. Hiding away from the bad guy and cops, helping from a distance. As difficult as all this is, Jackie manages.
