When a fifteen year-old boy named Cyrus ran through the fires that burned down the farm he lived in, he learns that there's much more to himself and his family. Once he finds out that he's a Koredon, his dreams of becoming a true hero are starting to look up. He finds the Koredon Sanctuary (or rather it finds him) and he learns the history of his family. As he starts his journey, he quickly learns that the father he thought abandoned him long ago was still alive and fighting. Cyrus gains great power to aid him in this search for his father. However, as he purges the darkness that rules the dimensions, he experiences sorrow as deaths that he wasn't strong enough to prevent start happening one by one. Worst of all, he learns he must eliminate the dark side of his family completely in order to bring peace to the dimensions. Will he be able to find loopholes in The Prophecy to destroy darkness without killing anyone? Or will he have to accept his fate and do what he must to keep peace?
