Koro-sensei and Itona weren't the only ones experimented on. There were almost thousands of people who were experimented on and given a serum that gives them super natural powers, but only one survived the effects of the serum and control the powers was experiment S-0015. What happened to them when the lab was destoryed? And what does it have to do with e-class? Well you'll just have to read to find out.
